This apprenticeship provides the foundation knowledge, skills and experience for the role of Warehouse Operative. Warehouse Operatives can work in a variety of warehouse environments. They communicate with a wide range of people and sometimes customers.
For this role, a passion is required to provide a quality service that encourages repeat business. Individuals in this role should be highly competent in using industry-recognised systems and associated services and will be able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.

End Point Assessment or EPA as its known has been created to assess the knowledge, skills and behaviours gained throughout the qualification. A knowledge and behaviours test using short answer and scenario-based questions
A practical assessment (workplace observation)
